How it works

Hold a pilot call with Modal to talk us through your site and help us understand your top priorities. Choose from a range of options to ensure your brand is captured the way that you want. Modal will manufacture, ship and install the unit. All that’s needed from the host are a pad and utility connections.
Modal will operate, clean and maintain the units for you as part of a monthly lease. We operate a revenue share program on every unit, meaning the units can easily pay for themselves - allowing you to enhance your site for free. On high-traffic sites the Pods become revenue generating assets for the host.
