How it works
Ordering couldn’t be easier. Hold a pilot call with Modal to talk us through your site. Choose from a range of options to ensure your brand is captured the way that you want. Modal will manufacture, ship and install both the unit and foundations. All that’s needed from the host are utility connections. Modal will then operate, clean and maintain the units for you as part of a monthly lease. We also operate a revenue share program on every unit, meaning the units can easily pay for themselves.
